Grupo Bamex was founded in 1948, with apparel-trade roots reaching back to the early 20th century. Decades later, we still do the same: produce and distribute the apparel that dresses Mexico.

Mariscal is our founding label, born with the company in 1948. Alongside it we operate Flamingo and monono as owned brands, and distribute John Henry, An Original Penguin and Perry Ellis under exclusive licenses for the Mexican market.

We operate from a central office in Monterrey, which houses design, imports and administration, and from a sales office in Mexico City. Manufacturing is split across specialised plants in different parts of the country.

We make things with patience, with carefully selected materials, and with the conviction that a well-made shirt is the form of respect a manufacturer offers the person who wears it.
